According to Deadline, new trailer, for Disney+’s Loki recently aired showing the god of mischief being pulled apart through time while trying to understand what exactly is happening around him. In the new trailer Tom Hiddleston (Thor: The Dark World) ,who plays Loki, is being pulled through time and at one point Sophia Di Martino (Flowers) ,who plays Sylvie, warns that “everything is turning to sh**.” The series is scheduled to premiere on October sixth.
The new trailer for Loki season two can be seen below which even features Jonathan Majors (The Last Black Man in San Francisco) making an appearance as Victor Timely.
According to Deadline, the upcoming season picks up right after the aftermath of the first season. Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority as he is one of the only ones who can remember everything before the events of the season one finale. Along with many others, Loki sets on a journey through the multiverse to search for Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes, and all the truth that is out there.
The series cast includes Owen Wilson (Wedding Crashers) as Mobius, Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Beauty and the Beast) as Ravonna Renslayer, Tara Strong (Batman: The Killing Joke) as Miss Minutes, Eugene Cordero (The Good Place) as Casey, and Wunmi Mosaku (Lovecraft Country) as Hunter B-15. New faces to the series include Rafael Casal (BlindSpotting), Ke Huy Quan (The Goonies), Kate Dicke (The Green Knight), and many more.
Eric Martin (Rick and Morty) is the head writer of the series with Justin Benson (Spring) and Aaron Moorhead (Resolution), Dan Deleeuw (Avengers: Endgame), and Kasra Farahani (Black Panther) serving as directors.
Marvel’s Loki is scheduled to premiere on October sixth, season one is available to stream on Disney+.
