‘Late Night With Seth Meyers’ Returns Monday Night With Remote Bernie Sanders Interview

Following the current trend of taking work home amidst the coronavirus crisis, Late Night With Seth Meyers will return to air with new episodes tonight according to Deadline. The host will conduct a remote interview with Vermont senator and current Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders Monday, while former democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren will join Tuesday.

The news follows a two-week shut down prompted by NBC in the wake of COVID-19, in which its other late night programming, including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Saturday Night Live, halted production indefinitely. However, both Fallon and Meyers will return to the small screen this week, albeit from the comfort of their own homes.

Meyers has been steadily uploading short-form content to his YouTube channel, offering fans small well-known segments from the late night show during its off air stint such as A Closer Look and Jokes Seth Can’t Tell .

The host will not be alone in returning to air, with Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, Trevor Noah, John Oliver, Bill Maher, Samantha Bee, and Conan O’Brien additionally set for new episodes this week of their respective late night series.

Late Night With Seth Meyers returns March 30 on NBC, airing its first new episode since March 11.
