‘Undateable’ Renewed for Third Season

Season three of Undateable will consist of all-live episodes.

NBC is renewing this comedy for yet another season, making Undateable the network’s longest-running comedy series.

An episode count of the new season has yet to be released, but NBC has high hopes for the comedy. It has not been announced whether the show will air live for both East and West Coast broadcasts.

The executive producer for the show is Bill Lawrence. After Undateable’s first live show, which aired on May 5, the network made the decision to renew for another season with all-live episodes.

NBC has found much success with its live airings. The network is known for Saturday Night Live, The Sound of Music and Peter Pan (which fell short of rating expectations).

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cast of Undateable includes a group of stand-up comedians, including Chris D’Elia, Brent Morin and Ron Funches, among others.

NBC had done a stand-up comedy tour featuring the cast to promote the show.

NBC is hoping for much success as they begin to prep for the all-live season three.
