Netflix released another promo for season 3 of its original show “Orange Is The New Black.”
The promo features some of the same scenes as the first trailer but mixes in new scenes as well. It reveals Alex Vause (Laura Prepon) back in prison and Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling) still navigating life behind bars. Missy Elliot’s “We Run This” plays throughout the promo.
The promo focuses on the lighter side of the show that follows the antics of the inmates. Crazy Eyes (Uzo Aduba) gets this notable line near the end of the promo, “Once you know Santa Claus isn’t real, it’s all downhill from there.”
Season 3 will feature one less character as Jason Biggs, who played Piper’s boyfriend Larry Bloom, is not returning. However Ruby Rose and Mary Steenburgen have joined the cast.
“Orange Is The New Black” has already been renewed for a fourth season. Season 3 will premiere on Netflix on June 12. Watch the new promo below.
