The Complete List of Renewals and Cancellations

UPDATE 5/3/17: Hulu has announced the renewal of The Handmaid’s Tale at its upfront presentation. The show has been added to the renewals list.

UPDATE 5/1/17: Today was a day for cancellations, as Fox canceled You The Jury and Pitch, both after one season. They’ve been added to the cancellation list.

UPDATE 4/21/17: Freeform has renewed Shadowhunters for its third season ahead of its summer premiere for the second half of its second season. The show has been added to the renewed list.

UPDATE 4/20/17: TVLand has renewed Younger for an additional season ahead of its season four premiere and has renewed sophomore comedy Teachers for its third season. Both have been added to the renewals list.

UPDATE 4/14/17: Good news for fans of Hulu’s The Path, as it has been renewed for a third season. However, there’s some bad news for fans of WGN’s Outsiders, as it has been canceled by the network. Both have been added to the list in their respective places.

UPDATE 4/10/17: CBS has officially renewed Criminal Minds for its 13th season. The show has been added to the list.

UPDATE 4/4/17: USA has been busy the last few days and has renewed Falling Water and Colony for their second and third seasons, respectively. They’ve been added to the list.

On the other hand, FXX announced that Man Seeking Woman has been canceled after three seasons.

Just because we’re currently living in Peak TV doesn’t mean that every single TV show that airs will get renewed.

But, also because we’re living in Peak TV, it may be hard to keep track of which of your favorite shows have been renewed and canceled. Well, that’s where this list comes in handy. This list is divided up into three different categories: shows that have been renewed, shows that are in their last season and shows that have been canceled.

For the shows that have already been renewed, unless otherwise noted, the shows have been renewed for a single season. If a show has been renewed for more than one season, like This Is Us or The Big Bang Theory, it’s been noted next to its name.

For shows that are currently airing their final seasons, the premiere date of the final season is noted next to the show’s title if it’s been released by the network. If the show has aired its series finale, the date is listed next to the show title.

Be sure to bookmark this page to keep up-to-date on the latest renewals and cancellations.
