FX series The Bridge will begin streaming season one exclusively on Hulu Plus.
According to Deadline, Hulu Plus made an exclusive deal with Shine International allowing for all episodes of season one to be on the streaming network. There will also be limited promotional episodes on hulu.com.
The Bridge stars Demian Bichir and Diane Kruger. It is a crime thriller set in the US-Mexico border region. Bichir plays detective from Juarez, Mexico and Kruger portrays a detective with the El Paso Police Department in El Paso, TX. They must work together to solve a murder that takes place on both sides of the border. The series also co-stars Ted Levine, Annabeth Gish and Thomas M. Wright.
Shine American and FX Productions produce The Bridge. The series was adapted for American television from the hit series Bron/Broen from executive producers Meredith Stiehm and Elwood Reid. Also exectuvien producing are Carolyn G. Bernstein and Lars Bomgren.
The Bridge returns for a second season July 9 on FX.
