The Oprah Winfrey Network will show an exclusive documentary, Michael Sam tomorrow night at 9pm EST.

Michael Sam follows the story of the man of the same name in an up close and personal look at his life from his childhood struggles filled with tragedy to his emotional decision to come out as gay in the world of football. Sam is the first openly gay player in history drafted into the NFL. Sam is currently out of football, released by the Dallas Cowboys’ practice squad in October 2014.
After the documentary airs, OWN will show a special episode of Oprah Prime in which Sam will speak to Oprah Winfrey exclusively in his first TV interview since his release from the Cowboys. According to TVNewser, Michael Sam captures the moment much of America saw on TV, when the St. Louis Rams made history by drafting Sam, as well as the media scrutiny that followed.
The Documentary will Air on OWN at 9pm EST with the exclusive interview following at 10:30pm EST.
