According to a Team Click press release, A new 6-episode gaming series is set to premiere on Netflix. The series titled High Score will focus on the revolution and evolution of gaming, discussing major companies such as Nintendo and SEGA and games from Pac-Man to Doom.
The series takes viewers through the process of the development and creation of games such as Space Invaders, Final Fantasy, Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat, Sonic the Hedgehog, Madden NFL and other iconic worlds. It will explore the minds of the computer innovators and creative minds that developed these stories, create the visual animation, and build a multi-billion dollar industry.
High Score will hit Netflix on August 19.
