The Titan’s Curse is finally making it to the screen. The Disney+ television series, Percy Jackson And The Olympians, is officially adapting never-before-seen material, as the prior movie series only made it to the second book, The Sea Of Monsters. The season three trailer was released at D23 2026; watch below.
The series adapts the novel series by Rick Riordan (The Kane Chronicles, Magnus Chase And The Gods of Asgard) and focuses on Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon, and his demigod friends. The television show has enjoyed critical acclaim, with a 95% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Percy, as the son of one of the big three gods, the eldest male Olympians, Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades, is the subject of a prophecy that intertwines his decisions with the fate of the world.
The third season will see Olympus and Camp Half-Blood preparing for a war with the Titans; Percy must reckon with saving the world and burgeoning young love. The third season is set to feature one of the most iconic scenes in the series, involving Percy carrying something enormously heavy.
Daughter of Zeus Thalia Grace (Resident Evil, The Worst Witch), played by Tamara Smart, was officially introduced at the end of season two. In the new season, fans will meet two more major characters: Nico and Bianca DiAngelo. The DiAngelo siblings are children of Hades. All three are children of the Big Three gods and will call into question Percy’s place with the great prophecy. Bianca is played by Olive Abercrombie (The Haunting Of Hill House, Mayfair Witches). Nico is played by Levi Chrisopulos (FBI).
The cast for the main trio consists of Walker Scobell (The Adam Project, Secret Headquarters) as Percy, Leah Sava Jeffries (Beast, Something From Tiffany’s) as Anabeth, and Aryan Simhadri (Freakier Friday, Cheaper By The Dozen) as Grover. Other major cast members in include Dior Goodjohn (Are You Afraid Of The Dark?, Head Of Class), Charlie Bushnell (In The Know, Diary Of A Future President), Daniel Diemer (The Half Of It, Under The Bridge), Glynn Turman (Super 8, Gremlins), Virgina Kull (Law & Order, The Rookie), and Jason Mantzoukas (The League, Brooklyn Nine-Nine).
