After Sandra Oh’s departure from Grey’s, the Shonda Rhimes’ show is looking to bulk up its cast. Scorsone’s character Dr. Amelia Shepherd, the youngest sister of Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) made recurring appearances throughout the tenth season.
Grey’s Anatomy returns to ABC in the fall, switching to Thursday nights at 8 p.m.
