Tina Gordon Chism To Craft Comedy For HBO

The writer and director for Tyler Perry’s Peeples is working on a comedy project produced for HBO titled Crushed, according to Indiewire.

The Hollywood Reporter described the show as, “an African-American family who stumbles into a successful wine business in Napa. The fish-out-water story follows the family’s unorthodox approach to wine making and their unique life style.”

Stephanie Allain Bray will be assisting as executive producer while Chism and Deneen Brown will co-produce, according to Indiewire.

No casting or premiere date have been disclosed yet.
