Three actors have joined the cast of Nashville full-time.
Via the Hollywood Reporter, Chris Carmack, Lennon Stella and Maisy Stella have been promoted to series regular.
Carmack, who recurred throughout the first season, plays closeted country singer Will. The Stella sisters, who have been a part of the show since the pilot, play Rayna’s (Connie Britton) daughters Maddie and Daphne.
Nashville’s first season finale included a number of major incidents: a paternity reveal, a marriage proposal and a shocking car accident involving two of the show’s main characters. The events of the finale have paved the way for an even more intriguing second season, now with three familiar faces to appear on a regular basis.
The series’ sophomore season will premiere later this year on ABC.
