The 30th Annual SAG Awards Release Trailer Along With Press Release

Hollywood is gearing up for the 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. In the exciting preparation, the latest trailer and art have been released to the public along with a press release surrounding what audiences can expect in this year’s awards show. The key theme for the SAG Awards is that it is the only awards show that is “for actors, by actors’ according to the SAG Awards press release. The latest trailer released to the public is an epic highlight reel of past shows, the talents of the nominees this year, and what viewers at home can expect for the awards show this year. This year, the nominees for acting in both film and television will receive over 15 different awards. The ceremony this year will also be honoring Barbra Streisand as she receives her SAGLifetime Achievement Award for her work in the fields of acting, writing, singing, producing, and directing. Along with her vast achievements in her career in entertainment, SAG will also be honoring her humanitarian accomplishments.

The SAG Awards are highly praised and regarded as a beloved awards ceremony for actors across the board. According to the press release, each award is voted on by the largest voting body throughout all of the award shows. The press release explains “Voted on by SAG-AFTRA’s robust and diverse membership of 119,000+ performers, the SAG Awards has the largest voting body on the awards circuit. Beloved for its style, simplicity, and genuine warmth, the show has become an industry favorite and one of the most prized honors since its debut in 1995.”
