Netflix Releases The Umbrella Academy Timeline and Behind-the-Scenes Teaser

Season 4 of The Umbrella Academy is on the way. As a part of Netflix’s Geeked Week 2023, the timeline and release window have been teased to the public. Along with this news, the show has released new behind-the-scenes video that spells everything out and takes fans to the reading table to hear what the cast has to say about the upcoming season.

The Umbrella Academy is a series based on a comic book series of the same name written by Gerard Way and illustrated by artist Gabriel Bá. The series follows a group of superheroes after they band back together when their adoptive father passes away. The father, a billionaire who joined this group together in the first place, was the reason these heroes were fully educated on how to use their superpowers. Season four will be the final season of the beloved Netflix show, and it will star Elliot Page (Juno), Aidan Gallagher (Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn), Tom Hopper (Love In The Villa), Emmy Raver-Lampan (Blacklight, Hamilton), Robert Sheehan (Misfits), and David Castañeda (We Die Young).

As the newly released video unfolds, each actor tells fans what exactly they should be looking forward to in the upcoming season. The cast is hyping it up as all of them agree that it is not only “exciting” but that it is set to be “the best season yet”.

While there is not much in the video that reveals anything about the plot of the new season itself, it is clear that there is going to not only be the return of the characters from past seasons, but also the introduction of some new characters; most of them being characters from the original comics that have yet to make an appearance in the televised series.
