According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix has recently revealed the release date of season four of the hit French series Lupin, along with series poster. The new season will consist of eight episodes nd ill air on Netflix on October 23.
Assane Diop is a charming and highly skilled thief whose exploits are inspired by the legendary gentleman burglar Arsène Lupin, via The Hollywood Reporter. Armed with remarkable powers, his father was wrongfully accused of stealing a priceless necklace and died in prison as a result. Determined to expose the truth, Assane uses his talents to outwit powerful enemies and unravel a long-buried conspiracy.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, the cast of Lupin includes Omar Sy (French Lover, I Was Stranger) as Assabe Diop, Ludivine Sagnier (The Serpent Queen, And Their Children After Them) as Claire Laurent, Soufiane Guerrab (You Found Me, A Brighter Tomorrow) as Youssef Guedira, Etan Simon (Jeune et golri, Josephine, Guardian Angel) as Raoul Diop, Antonie Gouy (Like a Prince, Les murmures de la forêt) as Benjamin Ferel, Shirine Boutella (La Famille Rose Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse) as Sofia Belkacem and many others.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Gaumont is producing the series in collaboration with Carrousel Studios. George Kay (The Long Shadow, Killing Eve) created the series in collaboration with François Uzan (Family Pack, Paper Souls) with the participation of Marie Roussin (Cut, Voltaire High), Florent Meyer (The Island of Thirty Coffins, Black Spot) and Tigran Rosine (Home Jacking, Baby Rush). The series is inspired by the iconic French character of Arsène Lupin created by Maurice Leblanc (The Hollow Needle, The Crystal Stopper).
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series has s been a global breakout hit for Netflix.The first season aired in January 2021 and became the first French series to break into Netflix’s Top 10 list in the United States. Globally, it was watched by more than 70 million households worldwide.
