Missi Pyle to Co-Star in TV Land’s ‘Jennifer Falls’

Missi Pyle is set to co-star in TV Land’s new comedy pilot Jennifer Falls, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.

The new series, created by Matthew Carlson (The Wonder Years) revolves around Jennifer (Jaime Pressly), a career woman and mother who must move back in with her own mother with her daughter after being let go from her high-profile job.

Pyle will play Dina, Jennifer’s childhood best friend who is divorced with a teenage son. She works for a delivery service and is hesitant to resume her old friendship after the way Jennifer treated her after becoming a big-shot banker.

Carlson created, wrote and will executive produce the pilot when production begins in October. Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis will also executive produce.

Pyle’s movie and television credits include Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Dodgeball, 50 First Dates, Big Fish, Inside Amy Schumer, Warehouse 13, 2 broke Girls, Apartment 23 and Family Guy. She is repped by UTA, McKeon-Myones Management and Stone Meyer.
