According to Deadline, Meghann Fahy recently teased that her character named Daphne may make a return in a future episode of the third season of the show White Lotus. Fahy also expressed that there may be interactions with other characters from the show as well, including Rachel and Shane Patton. The Patton’s were played by Alexandra Daddario and Jake Lacy respectively.
Deadline reported that Fahy said that while viewers should not be expecting her to hop on a plane to Thailand, there is a chance that she may make an appearance at some point. This is because many have already made reappearances.
Deadline stated that Jake Lacy, who played Shane Patton, furthur indulged viewers by saying “He (Mike White) did once say that he’d like to do an episode with Theo, me and the couple from the first season – Alex and Jake; the four of us on a boat. Just one episode of that.”
Deadline also briefly gave details on the plot of the upcoming third season, which entails that “the multi-generational group includes a patriarch, a female corporate executive, an actress, a couple of mothers, including a country club wife, a misfit and a yogi. Hook is believed to be playing the misfit, Schwarzenegger’s character is believed to be involved in finance.”
Deadline also asked Fahy what her character might be up to after the trip that went to unveil the Kayseri behind a dead body. Fahy said that “She keeps doing what she’s doing.” The character of Daphne was described by the magazine as the “posh, sexually free, no-rules-abiding wife of Cameron Sullivan (Theo James).”
Daphne appeared in the second season of the show which took place in Italy, while the first season took place in Hawaii. The newest and upcoming season is set to take place in Thailand, said Deadline.
