Marvel’s ‘She-Hulk’ Has Reportedly Begun Filming

Just as Disney+’s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is beginning to conclude its debut season, the upcoming Marvel comedy She-Hulk has reportedly begun filming, according to ComicBook. Social media tracking accounts have indicated that the official website for the State of Georgia has listed She-Hulk as one of its projects currently in production.

She-Hulk is slated to star Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black) as lawyer Jennifer Susan Walters who undergoes blood transfusion from her cousin, Bruce Banner, also known as The Hulk, and later possesses a toned-down version of Banner’s supernatural powers. Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, previously stated that filming for the series would begin in-line with what we currently have observed, “On March 19, as you know The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will be debuting. June 11 will be the debut date for Loki, and of course, soon after that, we’ll have our first animated series, which is What If…?. We are finishing up Ms. Marvel, and we’re also shooting Hawkeye currently. In a few weeks, we start She-Hulk, and a week or so after that, we start Moon Knight in addition to our features,” via ComicBook.

Other than its overall plot and that it will include Tim Roth’s (The Hateful Eight) Abomination and Mark Ruffalo’s (I Know This Much Is True) revival of Bruce Banner, little is known about the actual production of She-Hulk. Marvel’s Hawkeye and Ms. Marvel are currently nearing the end of production, meaning production can begin on newer series shortly. Moon Knight is slated to begin filming in Budapest within the next few days, with stars Oscar Isaac (Ex Machina) and Ethan Hawke (Before Sunrise) both being spotted in Hungary this past weekend.

She-Hulk is yet to set an official release date for Disney+.
