‘Make Me a Star’ Lowers Age Requirements for Second Installment

ABC has lowered its requirements to participate in the digital contest.

Make Me a Star

ABC is preparing the second installment of Make Me a Star, where the network looks for talented actors. To participate in the digital contest that will start this month, actors have to submit videos online in order to get deals with ABC.

The difference between this installment and the first one is the age: the minimum age for contestants is now 13 as opposed to the previous 18.

There are two competitions: one for adults (the winner will receive a one-year $25,000 talent holding deal) and another one for minors (the winner will nab a six-month, $10,000 talent holding deal).
