‘Leverage: Redemption’ Moves To Prime Video From Freevee And Is Renewed For A Third Season

According to Deadline, Leverage: Redemption has been renewed for third season and is switching homes from Freevee to Prime Video. Amazon MGM Studios has renewed the series after the first two seasons premiered on Freevee. Season three is scheduled to premiere next year in the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand on the streamer. 

The American action crime drama, Leverage: Redemption follows reformed criminals with unique skills who use these skills to help citizens fight back against corporate and governmental injustices. The group comprises a hitter, a hacker, a grifter, and a thief who are back from the original series Leverage. The cast for the series includes Gina Bellman (Leverage), Christian Kane (Supernatural), Beth Riesgraf (Mail Companion), Aleyse Shannon (Black Christmas), Noah Wyle (At the Gates), and many others. 

According to Deadline, Lauren Anderson, Head of AVOD; Unscripted and Targeted Programming, Amazon MGM Studios said, “Fans have been devoted to Leverage: Redemption since the series premiered on Freevee. Every season has showcased the fun dynamic between our cast combined with the triumphant, David vs. Goliath stories envisioned by our writers. As we embark on our next chapter, we are thrilled to be able to share the show with our Prime customers and continue to offer the exclusive Leverage FAST channel to our Freevee customers.”

All current seasons of the series are available to stream on Prime Video. Season three will air on the streamer in 2024.
