Following the television personality’s recent death, PBS released footage from the Joan Rivers’ documentary series, Make ‘Em Laugh: The Funny Business of America, The Hollywood Reporter notes.
In the released clips, Rivers spoke candidly about her start into comedy and some of her not-so-shining moments, saying, “Those days, you told a joke and then you sang, you told a joke and then you sang — I can’t sing!” when asked about challenges in her early career.
