Giant Teleporting Dog Completes Marvel’s ‘Inhumans’ casting

Meet Lockjaw: a 2,000-pound, super-strong, teleporting dog who is the royal escort for the Royal Family of the Inhumans.

Crystal’s massive companion often carries the Royal Family to and from Earth, and should be an exciting challenge for the creators of Inhumans. He is just one of many new cast members to be announced this week according to Entertainment Weekly.

For the past week, the ABC series has revealed the casting of some major roles for the upcoming Inhumans series. Anson Mount was cast as Black Bolt, Serinda Swan as Queen Medusa, Iwan Rheon as Maximus the Mad and Ken Leung as Karnak.

As for the rest of the cast, Comic Book reports that the final actors and their characters have been set:

Eme Ikwuakor, who played Amobi Okoye in Concussion, will be Gorgon: Black Bolt’s cousin and the leader of the Attilan army. Gorgon is combative, blunt, and hoofed. His powerful stomps cause seismic, earth-shaking waves. While Karnak is a philosophic and reasonable advisory to the Royal Family, Gorgon is his foil; ready to fight his way to a solution rather than engage in conversation to solve problems.

Mike Moh, of Street Fighter and who has been featured on Empire has been cast as Triton. Triton is another cousin of Black Bolt, who is cool under pressure and under water. He is a scaled and bewebbed, but with the help of technology is able to join the rest of his cousins on land.

Sonya Balmores of Soul Surfer and Beyond the Break will play Auran, a loyal and pragmatic head of the Royal Guards.

Ellen Woglom, who has performed in shows like Crash, Outlaw, and Wendy Wu also joins the show as an unnamed character who works at a private aerospace company, and loves her job maybe even too much.

Ellen Woglom has been a part of several television series, including ‘Crash.’

And these three will be joined by Lockjaw, everyone’s favorite space-bending canine who is likely to upstage these three as well as Black Bolt, Maximus, and Karnak.

Inhumans will premiere in IMAX theaters September 2017 with its first two episodes before moving to the small screen with all its super powered alien-esque characters and one lovable car-sized teleporting pooch.
