Fox renewed Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Mindy Project, New Girl, and The Following for the 2014-2015 season.
The Following airs all-new on Monday, March 10. Brooklyn Nine-Nine received a Golden Globe Award for its first season and returns along with critically acclaimed comedy New Girl on Tuesday, March 11. The critically acclaimed comedy, The Mindy Project, returns on Tuesday, April 1. Kevin Reilly, Chairman of Entertainment and Joe Earley, Chief Operating Officer for Fox Broadcasting Company announced the renewals.
“These shows are some of the best and acclaimed series on television, with influential, culture-driving stars, and some of the best, most creative talent behind the camera,” said Reilly and Earley. “All four are core assets within our 2014-15 portfolio of content, and we’re really happy to bring them back to our FOX fans for another season.”
Brooklyn Nine-Nine received a second season pick up, The Mindy Project received a third season order and New Girl received a fourth season renewal. The Following picked up a third season order. Other Fox shows to receive renewals were Sleepy Hollow with a second season order, Glee received a sixth season renewal and Bones with a tenth season renewal.
The first season finale of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, starring Andy Samberg and Andre Braugher, airs on Tuesday, March 25. The Mindy Project, starring Mindy Kaling, will have a special one-hour Spring Premiere with back-to-back episodes on Tuesday April 1.
