According to Comicbook, the trailer was accompanied with the tagline: “In the end, no one’s gone until they’re gone.” The second half of the final season picks up after Madison and Lennie James’ (Line of Duty) Morgon Jones have freed the inhabitants of PADRE from the tyrannical rule of siblings Shrike and Crane Krennick, played by Maya Eshet (Dead Women Talking, To the Bone) and Daniel Rashid (Mean Spirited, Beast Beast) respectively. Madison plans to transform the island into a safe haven. But when word of the utopia spreads, adversaries near and far seek to impart on the island for its resources, leaving Madison and crew to question if their mission is even worth it.

One of those detractors is past foe Troy Otto, played by Daniel Sharman (Teen Wolf, The Originals), who was last seen in season three. In the trailer, we see him approach Madison with a harrowing threat: “You took everything from me. I’m just doing the same for you.”

In addition to Dickens and James, the cast includes Austin Amelio (Holler, Mercy Black), Danay Garcia (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, American Horror Story), Rubén Blades (Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Safe House), Colman Domingo (Rustin, Euphoria), Karen David (Barry, Galavant), Jenna Elfman (Keeping the Faith, EdTV), and Christine Evangelista (The Arrangement, Mrs. Fletcher).
