CNN has canceled the Saturday afternoon program The Next List, Deadline has learned.
The half-hour series “profiles innovators, visionaries and agents of change,” according to the network’s description. Sanjay Gupta hosted the series, which premiered in November 2011. The show’s EP, Jim McGinnis, is departing the network.
McGinnis also served as EP of special projects, American Morning and Lou Dobbs Tonight in his 25 years with CNN.
