CBS will have special episodes planned for Mothers Day’s week on The Talk, The Price is Right and Let’s Make A Deal.
From May 5 until May 9 The Talk will have their annual “Mother’s Mystery Week” with surprise celebrity appearances. Throughout the week, the ladies of The Talk will ask the mom questions and make a final guess as to who that guest will be. They will also feature last minute Mother’s Day Gifts with lifestyle expert Chi Lan-Lieu. The Talk airs from 2:00-3:00 PM, ET; 1:00-2:00 PM, PT/CT on CBS.
On Friday, May 9, Let’s Make A Deal will have a special Mother’s Day show where they will shower the moms in the audience with gifts such as a bouquet of roses and body care packages. Those mothers watching from home will also have a chance to win the beauty package online. That show will include prizes such as trips to Antigua, New York City, Napa Valley and a spa trip to Florida. Another prize the moms might enjoy is the chance to have a custom closet system filled with designer shoes.
Finally, The Price is Right will have their Mother’s Day celebration on May 9 as well. The episode will be specially themed and have an audience filled with mothers and their children. They will be able to play in pairs and win prizes for Mom such as state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, relaxing vacations to Fiji, Italy and British Columbia and new cars. Another sweet note is announcer George Gray’s mother, Mai Gray, will make a special appearance and invite contestants to “Come On Down.” The Price Is Right Mother’s Day special airs on Friday, May 9 from 11:00-12:00 Noon, ET; 10:00-11:00 AM, PT on CBS.
