The host and executive producer of Watch What Happens Live wants to focus on his new programs.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Andy Cohen is signing a contract with Bravo for giving up his role as executive vp talent and development. The host of Watch What Happens Now will focus on his primetime shows which he is developing for the network. Cohen was promoted to exec vp at Bravo in 2010. Franced Berwick, the president of Bravo said, “This is sort of freeing Andy from the corporate shackles.”
This new deal will give Cohen the chance of developing new series for the network. He will remain the executive producer of the Real Housewives series.
