Yesterday Fox released the first official photograph of the new American Idol judging panel, explains The Hollywood Reporter.
The photo was taken in Boston on the first day of auditions for season 13, just hours after the network’s confirmation that Harry Connick Jr. and former judge Jennifer Lopez joined Keith Urban on the show this season. Randy Jackson, who has been with the singing competition since its premiere, will return as a mentor when the show airs in January.
Along with the photo release, Fox announced in a statement that this season’s judging panel was known as the “dream team.”
American Idol returns in January to FOX.
