With season six fast approaching, fans are eager to see more glimpses into The Walking Dead‘s upcoming season. Now AMC has just what fans want, a new promo for the series (via Variety).
Recently we reported that The Walking Dead‘s spinoff has premiered and broken cable TV ratings. In wake of the new found success of The Fear of The Walking Dead, AMC has released a new trailer entitled “Shadows” for The Walking Dead.
While the new trailer doesn’t reveal much about the season, it does showcase the remaining characters. In early July, we reported that AMC debuted the first look into the series at Comic Con. The trailer at Comic Con gave a better glimpse into the upcoming season and you can watch it here:
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, The Walking Dead‘s showrunner, Scott Gimple, talked about the the sixth season, “We’re currently putting into motion some of our most ambitious stuff yet, and things are going to get very big, loud and scary”. Scott Gimple also talked about what’s in store for the sixth season at panel during Comic Con, saying that “Rick is faced with challenges to the way he does things” (Variety).
