In anticipation of season two, Amazon Freevee has revealed a first-look teaser. It can be viewed below.

Bosch: Legacy, which is a spin-off of the series Bosch, was created by Michael Connelly (The Lincoln Lawyer, The Poet), Tom Bernardo (Bosch, The Lincoln Lawyer), and Eric Overmyer (Treme, Rear Window). The second season is loosely based on one of Connelly’s novels titled The Crossing.

The series revolves around Harry Bosch, played by Titus Welliver (Bosch, The Mandalorian), and his life as a private investigator. Other characters include his daughter Maddie Bosch, played by Madison Lintz (The Walking Dead, Parental Guidance), who struggles with being a patrol cop as well as Honey Chandler, played by Mimi Rogers (Full Body Massage, Affairs of State), who is a defense attorney.

The official press release also explained what season two will focus on. It stated, “During season two, Bosch and Chandler work together to seek out a killer who just might find them first. As a result of being kidnapped by a masked assailant, Maddie Bosch’s law enforcement career hangs in the balance. The FBI scrutinizes Carl Rogers’ murder and places Bosch and Chandler under suspicion.”

The new season also welcomes new stars, including Anthony Michael Hall (The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles) as Will Barron, Patrick Brennan (Bent, Adventures in Appletown) as David Foster, Max Martini (The Unit, Spectral) as Don Ellis, David Denman (Joy Ride, Mare of Easttown) as Kurt Dockweiler, and more.

Fans of the first season of Bosch: Legacy can look forward to the return of their favorite characters on October 20th.
