Batman fans rejoice, for Prime Video has issued a release date for the second season of its original series, Batman: Caped Crusader. This summer get ready to return to Gotham and join the Dark Knight and his mission to stop the villains of Gotham.
For those who don’t know, Batman: Caped Crusader is an animated series that tells a story about the early years of the fearsome vigilante. After losing his parents to crime, billionaire Bruce Wayne must become a symbol for Gotham and puts on the cape and cowl and taking on the mantle of Batman. According to Amazon MGM Studios, the second season will give us a deeper look into the underbelly of Gotham. We will also be introduced to some fan favorite characters from the Batman comics such as Edward Nygma, Carrie Kelly, and Roxy Rocket.
