The ‘Veep’ Cast Will Reunite To Raise Money For The Biden-Harris Campaign

From Veep season 2

A virtual Veep reunion was announced by Julia-Louis Dreyfus (Seinfeld), according to Deadline. The reunion will be a fundraiser for the Democratic party of Wisconsin as they try to increase support for the Biden-Harris presidential campaign.

The virtual gathering will include many members of the Veep cast. Anna Chlumskey (My Girl), Reid Scott (My Boys), Sam Richardson (Detroiters), Tony Hale (Arrested Development), Tim Simons (Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Clea DuVall (Heroes), and Matt Walsh (Outsourced) will all be present. The showrunner, David Mandel (Curb Your Enthusiasm), will be the moderator of the call and special guests are expected to join in.

The reunion will be available on livestream at 6 pm CT on Sunday, October 4th. The livestream will not be shown again.

Veep appeared on HBO from 2012 to 2019. The political satire featured Louis-Dreyfus as Selina Meyer, the Vice President of the United States. Meyer and her team attempt to leave a legacy but are constantly bombarded with political games. Veep has won the Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series for it’s fourth, fifth, and sixth seasons.

Louis-Dreyfus posted the reunion news on Twitter.
