A newly released trailer for season 15 of the highly acclaimed sci-fi series, Doctor Who fuels fan’s anticipation and showcases the approaching journey that waits the Doctor, played by Ncuti Gatwa (Sex Education). According to Screenrant, the trailer goes on to reveal that the Doctor will meet his new companion Belinda Chandra, played by Varada Sethu (Andor), as they now traverse time and space while having the occasional silly side quest

According to Screenrant, delving deeper into the trailer reveals that the upcoming season of Doctor Who will center on the crucial mission that the Doctor needs to complete. We also see some iconic characters from the first season such as Ruby Sunday, played by Millie Gibson (Coronation Day) and Mel, played by Bonnie Langford (The Giggle), who will most certainly make a cameo within the the season. Fans can also expect to see snippets of iconic Doctor Who enemies such as the Daleks, Cybermen and the Weeping Angels making appearances within the season as well.

The trailer also showcases the additional problems the duo will be facing such as the Tardis malfunctioning, which will make the journeys returning back to Earth difficult. According to Screenrant, one of their journey will lead the duo becoming animated characters, which marks as a first to happen within the famous sci-fi series. One mystery that the trailer divulges that Belinda and the Doctor share a mysterious connection and the series will surely delve into what it might be.
