The Hart of Dixie actor will be starring on FOX’s midseason comedy Enlisted.
According to TVLine, Ross Philips will play Schneeberger, an inexperienced 2nd Lieutenant who thinks highly of himself.
Philips will still be on Hart of Dixie, at least for what remains of this season, because Enlisted doesn’t start until 2014. There was no conflict of schedules between the two shows.
Enlisted is an Army sitcom, executive produced by Kevin Biegel and Mike Royce. Other cast members include Geoff Stults and Angelique Cabral for the leading roles.
The comedy premieres on FOX on Friday, January 10 at 9:30/8:30 c.
