The comedienne/actress will be back to make a guest-appearance on the daytime show, says The Hollywood Reporter.
It is the first time O’Donnell goes back to The View since she spent a year there as a co-host back in the 2006/2007 season.
The comedienne said that after leaving the show she experienced “something like a PTSD disorder,” while Barbara Walters (The View‘s creator) said she resented O’Donnell for the way she’d “dumped on” the ABC talk show.
Now they seem to be back in each other’s good graces and Rosie O’Donnell will be back for at least an episode this season.
