

Prime Video releases an official trailer for the final season of Good Omens. We will get to see the duo Aziraphale and Crowley embark on one last journey that could alter the fates of Heaven and Hell. The series will be wrapping up due to Neil Gaiman‘s (The Sandman, Hold Me: A Hellblazer Story) allegations involving alleged sexual misconduct.
For those who don’t know, Good Omens is a series based off of the novel under the same name. The series involves a fastidious angel named, Aziraphale and a fast living demon named, Crowley. Despite the duo being on opposite sides, the two manage to keep a close friendship that has lasted over 6,000 years. The pair was sent Earth to fix a mistake but over time had grown fond of Earth and stayed there. However, the two would end up having to stop Armageddon from happening to ensure that humanity continues to live. For the final season, we pick up where things were left off in season two. Aziraphale had accepted the offer to return to Heaven and leave Crowley behind and fracturing their friendship. With Aziraphale as the newly appointed Supreme Archangel, Aziraphale has been given the task of overseeing the Second Coming. Meanwhile, Crowley who is left at rock bottom wandering the streets of Soho alone. For this season the pair need to come together and mend old wounds so that they can save the world in order for the Second Coming to become a reality.
The cast consists of David Tennant (Time, Rivals), Michael Sheen (A Very Royal Scandal, The Way), Doon Mackichan (The Scarecrows’ Wedding, Dreaming Whilst Black), Gloria Obianyo (Outlander, Andor), Quelin Sepulveda (Bait, Havoc), Paul Chahidi (A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, The Night Manager), Paul Adeyefa (Bellringers, The Marlowe Sessions), Elizabeth Berrington (Dirty Business, The Death of Bunny Munro), Donna Preston (The Sandman, Pickle Storm), Liz Carr (Loki, The Witcher), Derek Jacobi (The War Master, Tinsel Town), Rich Keeble (Marathon, Cairn), Anna Maryan (The Franchise, On the Line), and Andrew O’Neill (Richard Herring’s Leicester Square Theatre Podcast, La resistencia).
The final season is set to premiere on May 13, 2026. In the meantime it’s not too late to watch the previous two seasons in order to catch up for the final season.
