In a Deadline exclusive, PBS announced that they have reached a deal to air Will & Grace producer, Gary Janetti’s British sitcom Vicious.
Vicious stars British stage and screen legends Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi as a bickering old couple who have lived in the same flat for over 50 years. Underneath all the vicious co-dependent fighting, they deeply love each other.
The series ran on Britain’s ITV earlier this year and was given a second series order in August. No date has been set for when PBS will air the first series on American television.
