

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix romance comedy Nobody Wants This began production in its second season. The series begins filming in Los Angeles and will premiere on the streamer later this year.
Nobody Wants This follows a rabbi named Noah and an agnostic podcaster falling in love. The series was a breakout hit for Netflix when it aired in September 2024 and was quickly renewed for a second season. The first season spent six weeks in Netflix’s Global English Top 10 TV List and reached the Top 10 in 89 countries. The series was also viewed 57M times from its September 26 release through the end of 2024.
Cast of the series includes Kristen Bell (The Good Place) as Joanne, Adam Brody (In the Land of Women) as Noah Roklov, Justine Lupe (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) as Morgan, Timothy Simons (Common Side Effects) as Sasha Roklov, Jackie Tohn (A Futile and Stupid Gesture) as Esther Roklov, Paul Ben-Victor (Power Book III: Raising Kanan) as IIan, Stephanie Faracy (Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates) as Lynn and many others.
This year four new actors join the series includes Leighton Meester (That’s My Boy) who will play Abby, Miles Fowler (Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead) who will play Lenny, Alex Karpovsky (Red Flag) who will play Big Noah and Arian Moayed (Spider-Man: No Way Home) who will play Dr. Andy.
Executive producers on the comedy are Foster, Bell, Steven Levitan (Modern Family), Sara Foster (The Big Bounce), Danielle Stokdyk (Veronica Mars), Jeff Morton (Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23), Bruce Eric Kaplan (Six Feet Under), Jenni Konner (It’s Me, Hilary: The Man Who Drew Eloise) and Nora Silver (Welcome to Chippendales). Oliver Obst (Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed) is executive producer for 3arts. The series is produced by 20th Television in association with Steven Levitan Productions.
Nobody Wants This is available to stream on Netflix. The premiere date for the second season will most likely be announced later this year.
