The final season’s trailer for Netflix’s La Casa de Papel has been released, according to Variety. The first batch of episodes, five in total, will begin streaming on September 3.
La Casa de Papel, also known as Money Heist, follows a criminal mastermind known as “The Professor” who leads eight of his ambitious recruits to pull off the greatest heist in history. The first five episodes deal with the group’s most difficult moments after The Professor’s, played by Álvaro Morte (Mirage), capture by inspector Sierra, played by Najwa Nimri (Locked Up). For the first time, The Professor does not have an escape plan and the gang must contrive their own.
Money Heist stars Itziar Ituño (The End of the Night), Pedro Alonso (Grand Hotel), Miguel Herran (Sky High), Jaime Lorente (El Cid), Esther Acebo (Baraka), Darko Perić (A Perfect Day), Kiti Mánver (Express), Hovik Keuchkerian (4L), and Rodrigo de la Serna (Okupas). New additions in the final season will include Miguel Ángel Silvestre (Sense8) and Patrick Criado (Family United).
The first half of the final season of Money Heist will be available to stream on September 3 and will conclude with the second half on December 3. The trailer is available to watch below.
