The 47-year-old actor has just been cast on his own CBS drama, says Deadline.
John Cusack has been developing a Wall Street drama for CBS, which stars Charlie Cox, who’ll play “a smart [and] sophisticated hedge fund trader.”
Now, the actor has just found a role for himself on that show: he’ll be a former trader who left the business and has a cynical approach on life.
This pilot is still unnamed and there is no word on whether it’ll be up for evaluation soon enough to air on TV next season.
Cusack is best known for his multiple works on the big screen – this show is actually his first venture into the television world.
