In a 13-Show Renewal for ABC, ‘A Million Little Things’ Will Get Season 3

A Million Little Things, created by DJ Nash (Truth Be Told), was renewed for a third season on May 21. The ABC drama was one of 13 shows renewed Friday for the network’s fall TV schedule, according to TV Guide.

The show centers around a group of friends who are banded together after Jon, played by Ron Livingston (Office Space), commits suicide in Season 1. Throughout the next 36 episodes, main characters Eddie Saville, played by David Giuntoli (Grimm), Rome Howard, played by Romany Malco (Think Like a Man), Maggie Bloom, played by Allison Miller (17 Again), Gary Mendez, played by James Roday (Psych) and Katherine Kim, played by Grace Park (Hawaii Five-0), work together to get through life and go from friends to family in the “wake of such a heartbreaking tragedy,” as written by Megan Vick for TV Guide.

The renewal will also help the fans of the shows, called Millionaires, find answers to Season 2’s cliffhanger car-crash ending. Although a production date for Season 3 has not been announced yet, Seasons 1-2 are available for streaming on Hulu.
