The actress announced her second pregnancy on The Tonight Show on Friday night, The Hollywood Reporter has noted.
Host Jimmy Fallon noted on the Friday night episode that Larter last appeared on the show when she announced her first pregnancy in 2010.
The 37-year-old actress has been married to husband Hayes MacArthur since 2009.
