FX has set the sixth and final season of Snowfall to premiere with the first two episodes on Wednesday, February 22 at 10 p.m. ET on FX, and available to stream the following day on Hulu, according to Variety

The series follows the early days of the crack cocaine epidemic in Los Angeles during the beginning of the 1980s, and chronicles the off-the-books CIA operation that contributed to the destruction that cocaine brought to South Central L.A., via Deadline

Snowfall stars Damson Idris (Black Mirror, Outside the Wire), Amin Joseph (Dope, Baywatch), Carter Hudson (A Crime to Remember, The Wilds), Isaiah John (All Day and a Night, When the Streetlights Go On), Sergio Peris-Mencheta (Resident Evil: Afterlife, Rambo: Last Blood), Angela Lewis (Code Black, Top Five), and Michael Hyatt (Nightcrawler, Fame).

Season six begins in October 1986 as civil war threatens the Saint family, forcing Franklin, played by Idris, to rob his Aunt Louis, played by Lewis, after being wiped out by former CIA officer Teddy McDonald, played by Hudson, via Deadline. Throughout season six, Franklin must out-maneuver the LAPD, DEA, CIA, and KGB as he loses everyone he loves and everything he’s built, according to Deadline.
