According to Comicbook, the anime Delicious in Dungeon has announced the time of its second season broadcasting along with a new trailer and new key visuals. The series recently just finished its week-by-week release of episodes on the streamer and fans are wanting more. The new season for the series will start broadcasting in April 2024.
The new installment of the series will also have new characters which means a whole new cast to voice the adventurers. In addition, the new season will have a whole new opening theme song and a new ending theme song.

The series is based on the popular manga series with the same title, created by Ryoko Ku (Ryuu no Kawaii Nanatsu no Ko). The anime series is produced by Studio Trigger and Kadokawa. The series follows a group of adventures who traverse a dungeon in search of a lost comrade who fell after a fierce fight. While they do, they eat delicious meals made with the dungeons ecosystem.
According to Comicbook, the official synopsis for the series is as follows: “When young adventurer Laios and his company are attacked and soundly thrashed by a dragon deep in a dungeon, the party loses all its money and provisions…and a member! They’re eager to go back and save her, but there is just one problem: If they set out with no food or coin to speak of, they’re sure to starve on the way! But Laios comes up with a brilliant idea: ‘Let’s eat the monsters!’ Slimes, basilisks, and even dragons…none are safe from the appetites of these dungeon-crawling gourmands!”
Delicious in Dungeon season one is available to stream on Netflix in both Dub and Sub.
