The Hollywood Reporter has learned former Homeland star Damian Lewis has his next TV job lined up.
The Emmy-winning star of Homeland has been cast with Mark Rylance in PBS’s Wolf Hall. The miniseries will be based off of Hilary Mantel’s novels. Lewis will play Henry VIII and Rylance will play Thomas Cromwell. The series, directed by Peter Kosminsky, will show Thomas Cromwell’s rise from commoner to Henry VIII’s closest advisor.
