Critical Role Launches Record Label ‘Scanlan Shorthalt Music’, Releases ‘Welcome To Tal’Dorei’ Album

Critical Rolethe popular story-driven digital media brand, is venturing out into the music business with the launch of their new record label titled Scanlan Shorthalt Music, the media brand announced on Tuesday. They also released a  debut album under the new label, which is titled Welcome To Tal’Dorei. 

The album is composed by Colm McGuinness and Omar Fadel, who are both music composers for film, TV, and video games.  McGuinness has worked in the music department on multiple episodes of Critical Role as well as their Exandria Unlimited series. Fadel has also been part of the music department for Critical Role as well as many films and shows including Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Dictator, and Day One. Hexany Audio assisted Critical Role in composing the album.

Maxwell James, senior producer at Critical Role, made a statement on  the release of the album.
