Cleveland Kidnapping Victim to Appear on Dr. Phil Show

Cleveland kidnapping victim, Michele Knight, will speak about the conditions she and three other victims lived in while held captive by Ariel Castro.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Dr. Phil show says Knight “describes the horrible conditions in the house.” She also describes the physical, emotional and sexual abuse they endured.

On May 6 2013, Knight and two other females managed to escape their attackers. These three women were held captive for more than a decade. Two of the women who escaped returned home and Knight did not.

“When you listen to her describe the horrible living conditions and how she was treated, you wonder how anyone lasted a day let alone more than a decade. In the 12 years of doing the Dr. Phil show, no one has changed me like Michelle Knight and her story of survival,” Dr. Phil said.

The taped interview will air on Tuesday, November 5, and Wednesday, November 6.
