According to Deadline, the actress has teamed up with Colette Burson to delevop a new half-hour show at NBC.
This new show will mark the reunion of Heche and Burson, a creator and executive producer for Hung, where the actress also starred.
Both will pen this new script and also executive produce, with strong possibilities of Heche also nabbing the starring role.
The untitled project will revolve around Poppy Blake, a ” beauty department sales manager who questions love and relationships.” With the help of her sister Chelsea and her co-workers and clients, Poppy will pursue her personal quest to define what love and sex means for women.
It is not the first collaboration between the actress and NBC, although the last time they teamed up to create the sitcom Save Me, it didn’t go as planned and the show was cancelled after one season.
