According to ComicBook, the second season of Disney+’s Andor added a detail to flesh out more of the Star Wars universe. In Episode 3, “Harvest,” the series shows a lively dance party on the planet of Chandrila, with characters showcasing their moves in a coordinated dance and singing along. This sequence in the series confirms in-universe pop music that is recognized throughout the galaxy with references to the first season of the series. In the song that is played in the episode, it keeps shouting the word “Niamos,” which is the name of the planet Cassian Andor first visited in Season 1, Episode 7, “Announcement.”
As per ComicBook, the episode “Harvest” involves a wedding on Chandrila, where the friends and family of the couple are seen dancing enthusiastically. The scene shows a loose choreography and they all know just when to throw their hands in the air and shout: “Niamos!”
Andor is a prequel series to the Star Wars universe that explores the early days of the rebellion against the Galactic Republic and how Cassian Andor becomes a hero. The events in the series happen five years before the events in the film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which premiered in 2016.
