This summer Adult Swim is sending out a mobile pop-up shop in the form of a truck completely covered by a massive, crouching Rick. According to the A.V. Club, the Rickmobile shop is part of the “Don’t Even Trip Road Trip” promo tour for the upcoming third season of Rick And Morty. The shop will apparently sell custom-designed Rick And Morty merch, hopefully giving some incentive beyond the novelty of buying things out of a Rick-shaped truck. The Rickmobile’s first stop on the 40 city tour is Atlanta on May 11th.
Fans have been waiting for a the third season of Rick And Morty since the season 2 finale aired in October 2015. As part of a surprisingly pleasant April Fools Day prank , Adult Swim premiered the first episode of season 3 on a continuous loop throughout the day until midnight April 1st, followed by encore showings throughout that week. Even so, Adult Swim has still been silent on a solid premiere date for the rest of season 3, simply stating it will debut sometime this summer.
